Electrical Manager (f/m/d) - Data Center Construction Site

Deine Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements, including monitoring subcontractors and promoting a culture of safety and responsibility to maintain an accident-free working environment 
• Oversee project execution, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards according to investor documentation (e.g., SOR) 
• Apply internal and external audit tools to monitor project performance and identify opportunities for improvement in safety, environmental impact, and construction progress, implementing permanent corrective measures. 
• Manage technical aspects of works within a specific trade (e.g., electrical installations), coordinating subcontractors and the site engineering team:
  • Lead and monitor the site engineering team 
  • Coordinate meetings with teams, clients, authorities, and subcontractors 
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, Construction Manager and other stakeholders 
  • Handle RFIs, client changes, claims, and subcontractor settlements 
  • Support procurement and material ordering 
  • Participate in commissioning, building acceptance, and handovers 
  • Report progress and issues in the execution of works

Dein Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (e.g., certified master craftsman or technician) 
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction, preferably within the Data Center sector and serving international clients 
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations 
• Proven experience managing handover processes with regulatory authorities 
• Hands-on experience in executing complex electrical infrastructures is highly desirable 
• Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, motivating, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors in a safety-critical environment 
• Proficient in common IT tools and applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, LCMD, Confluence, and SAP 
• Professional language skills: fluent in German and English, both written and spoken 
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany, particularly in the Berlin and Frankfurt regions
