Your task
- Responsible for the management and execution of challenging construction projects in structural engineering and industrial construction
- Coordination, control and implementation of all project activities, including construction and planning meetings
- Organizing and monitoring construction site processes
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, to quality and within budget
- Carrying out accounting and regular cost controls and ensuring budget targets are met
- Implementing quality requirements and ensuring occupational safety
- Management and supervision of construction site personnel and coordination of subcontractors
Your profile
- University degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in site management
- Profound knowledge of construction contract law (BGB, VOB/B)
- Experience in working with planning participants
- Knowledge of MS Project, RIB iTWO, Arriba or comparable software
- Team player with an independent and structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken English and good German language skills
